The report said the apex took the decision on Tuesday, January 14. The appeal challenging Ihedioha's victory at the poll was filed by Senator Ifeanyi Ararume, the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) in the March 9 election. The judgement by the Supreme Court gives an edge to the prediction of Reverend Father Ejike Mbaka, a Catholic priest, who recently predicted that Uzodinma would govern Imo state. Mbaka was vilified for saying Ihedioha would be sacked. Father Mbaka had made the declaration late Tuesday, December 31 during his passover night ministration.
