
June 2nd 2017 – Deadly America Kidnap Gang’s Planned June 1st Attack On 5 Banks In Lekki & Ajah Lagos Foiled As Police Arrest Militants
Plan by notorious kidnap gang leader, ‘America’ to cause bloodshed in Lekki and Ajah area of Lagos has been foiled by IGP Intelligence Response Team.
This came after 4 members of America’s kidnap gang operating from the creeks were arrested at the Ikorodu and Ajah area of the state.
The militants were planning to carry out major attack on GTB, Keystone, Zenith, First City Monument Bank (Lekki & Ajah branch) on Thursday the 1st of June 2017.
The member of the gang behind last week’s pupil abduction at Lagos State Model School in Igbonla were arrested on May 30 following the arrest of a security guard at one of the targetted banks.
The suspects identified as 33-year-old Samuel Innocent Ikechukwu, 30-year-old Samuel Chinedu aka Hitman, 42-year-old Powei Benjamin, 47-year-old Tuwei Ebipatgh aka Segun and 38-year-old Abiodun Olaroye aka Gbeleju were arrested after they marked the targetted banks.
In their confessional statement, they said their leader, America picked June 1st for the attack.
