Here are key Requirement for all Applicants:

1. You must be Nigerian by Birth.
2. Must be between the ages of 18 to 30.
3. Must be atleast 1.65m tall for men and 1.60m for female.
4. Chest measurement for Male applicants should be at least 0.87m.
5. You must be medically fit.
6. You must be of good character. Not committed any crime and Not be a cultist.
7. Must be free from financial embarrassment.

• Assistant Superintendent of Immigration II (ASI ”)
• Senior Inspector of Immigration (SII) & Assistant Inspector of Immigration (AII)
• Immigration Assistant III (IA ”’)

Immigration Assistant III (IA ) is open to holders of SSCE, GCE, NECO O’Level with a minimum of 4 credit(including English and Mathematics) in no more than 2 sittings.

Senior Inspector of Immigration (SII) & Assistant Inspector of Immigration (AII) applicants must posses a minimum of Higher National Diploma(HND)

Assistant Superintendent of Immigration II (ASI ”) applicants must possess at least a first degree from a recognized institution.

• Any certificate not tendered at recruitment centre shall not be accepted after recruitment.
• A duly completed and signed guarantor’s section of the application form to be presented for screening, which is to be signed by officers not below the rank of Chief superintendent of Immigration (CSI) or its equivalents in the sister organization.
