April 10, 2017 – 2 Female Boko Haram Suicide Bombers Blow Themselves Up At University Of Maiduguri, No Other Casualties Reported
Two women this morning killed themselves while trying to take many lives at the University of Maiduguri.
The now dead female suicide bombers reportedly detonated their suicide vests at the perimeter fence of the institution around 4:00am today.
According to NEMA spokesperson for Maiduguri, no other person died in the foiled suicide attack that caused tension in the institution earlier today.
Maiduguri is experiencing a surge in suicide bombing cases.
Two female suicide boomers reportedly blew themselves up at a mosque on the edge of Maiduguri few days ago, injuring 4 people.
Monday’s attack is the second suicide bombing that rocked Maiduguri in 3 days.
